Being a small team, Josh wanted to delegate his sales calls at Aligned Growth while also needing support on the capacity end.
The task became to find some one who not only could support their clients and scale up their influencer marketing efforts, while also supporting the few inbound leads they see weekly.

The goal of this role was to find someone who previously transitioned from a closing role into an account management role.

We focused on recruiting account managers specifically from marketing services companies and emphasized the importance in being able to up-sell while also running a sales call.

The final candidate came in with previous experience as a BDR and running influencer marketing for some of the top e-commerce brands
Now Josh is off managing the marketing arm of the team while new customers are handled and his clients are being served!
